1. What payment methods are available? • Visa/Mastercard• Cryptocurrency 2. How does online payment work? The buyer selects his/her desired online payment method upon check-out, and then the funds are transferred to our escrow account by which the funds are processed into the seller’s account within 5 to 7 days after the item has been delivered. (This time-based procedure is done to ensure there are no issues with the item or transaction.) 3. How much am I charged on my sale if paid through Ayshei? We only charge a 2.9% + 1 AED sales fee (+Tax) when using our credit or debit card and 2% + 1 AED sales fee (+Tax) when using crypto payment. 4. How does paying with crypto work? Once you sign up to Ayshei, you will automatically gain access to a crypto-wallet provided directly by the platform. 5. What are the additional fees upon checkout? There may be a shipping fee if the seller has stated that the buyer must pay the shipping fees. 6. Are there any taxes? Yes, in accordance with the UAE jurisdiction, all sales are subject to a 5% government tax.
Properties
1. Can I sell my apartment or house on Ayshei? Yes, our properties section provides users with all the tools they need to share specifications and details of their residences to potential buyers. 2. Can I put my apartment up for rent instead of sale? Yes, Ayshei allows rental programs and recurrent payments. 3. Why do some property listings have ‘Verified’ badge next to them? The ‘Verified’ badge indicates that the property has been inspected by one of our agencies, who has confirmed that the images, ad details, title deed, agent to seller agreements, in the ad are legitimate. 4. How do I apply for verification? While creating the ad, you will be given an option to have your property verified for an additional fee by filling out a form. If successful, the listing will receive a ‘Verified’ badge’. 5. Are my documents safe? All documents are submitted through our secure servers and will remain confidential. 6. Is Ayshei involved in the final agreement? Ayshei is only involved in activity that takes place on the platform, any payments or contracts signed outside of Ayshei will be automatically handed over to the legal system for support.
Motors
1. How much does it cost to list a vehicle? Listing a vehicle on Ayshei is currently free. 2. What details are shown in vehicle listings? Each listing includes essential specifications such as the make, model, mileage, fuel type, and inspection details, along with other information provided by the seller. 3. Why do some vehicle listings have a ‘Verified’ badge? The ‘Verified’ badge confirms that the seller’s identity has been authenticated. To apply, sellers must upload either their Emirates ID or passport copy via their profile settings. Ayshei reviews and confirms the documents within 1-3 business days. 4. Can I book a car viewing or test drive? This depends on the individual seller. Buyers may request a viewing or test drive, but it is at the seller’s discretion to allow it. 5. What if the car’s condition is not as expected? Ayshei is a platform where both dealers and private sellers list their vehicles. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect and verify the car’s condition before purchase. 6. Does the car come with any warranty? Warranty details, if available, will be mentioned in the vehicle’s listing. Buyers should always confirm warranty coverage directly with the seller. 7. Is insurance mandatory? Yes, insurance is required for vehicles registered with number plates. However, insurance is not mandatory for unregistered vehicles without plates. 8. How does the legal transfer process work? The buyer and seller must complete the transfer at the official registration authority. Required documents generally include original Emirates ID, driver’s license, and passport for both parties. 9. Can I sell my license plate separately? Yes. If you are selling only the license plate, you must list it under the appropriate category in the Motors section. If the plate is included with a vehicle, it should be clearly mentioned in the description. 10. Is Ayshei involved in final agreements? Ayshei facilitates transactions conducted through its platform. Any payments or agreements made outside the platform are solely the responsibility of the buyer and seller.
