How do I register?

To register an Account on Ayshei:

1.     Click on the ‘Profile’ button at the top right corner.

2.     Select ‘Sign up’.

3.     Enter your email address and create a password (you can also use UAE Pass or Social Login

o   Password Requirements:

§  Minimum of 8 characters.

§  Cannot start or end with a space.

§  Must include numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.

4.     Complete the sign-up process. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

5.     Click the link in the email to confirm your registration and activate your account.

      Once registered, you'll be ready to explore Ayshei and participate in auctions!

 

I'm getting an 'Email address already exists' error message when signing in.

It seems like your email address is already registered on the Ayshei platform. Here are a few steps to help you get back on track:

1.     Check for an Existing Account: Try logging in with your email address and any passwords you may have used previously.

2.     Reset Your Password: If you can’t recall your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link to initiate a password reset.

3.     Use a Different Email Address: If you'd like, you can also register with a different email address.
