I can't sign in. What should I do?

1. Account Activation: Make sure your account is activated. Check your email for a confirmation link sent when you registered and click it to activate your account.
2. Password Sensitivity: Keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive. Ensure that the CAPS LOCK key is off and double-check the spelling of your password.
If you've gone through these steps and are still unable to access your account, consider using the 'Forgot Password' feature to reset your password or contact Ayshei's support team for further assistance.

· Issue Onset: Let us know when you first encountered the issue and if everything was working fine before that.

I haven't received the verification code to activate my account. Could you send it again?

By following those steps and clicking the provided link, you can request a new text message containing the verification code. This ensures you can complete the verification process smoothly.
I've lost my password and can't sign in. What can I do?
To request a new password, simply click the "forgotten your password?" link on the sign-in page. You will then receive an email containing a link to create a new password.
Keep in mind that your password is case-sensitive, so make sure that the CAPS LOCK key is turned off when entering it.
Also, ensure that your account is activated. If you haven’t activated your account yet, look for the link in the confirmation email you received during the sign-up process and click on it to complete the activation.
