About the lot

Who offers up the lots?

When you buy an item, you're purchasing directly from the seller listed on the lot's page. Their username will also be shown on the order and payment pages. Ayshei runs the auction platform, but the seller is solely responsible for delivering the item or service.

How do I know that a lot in auction is not a forgery or an unauthorized publication?

Our team reviews every item listed to verify its authenticity, value, and uniqueness based on the seller's photos, descriptions, and details. We work hard to keep our auctions free of forgeries and unauthorized items. If any concerns about authenticity come up, and remove the lot from the auction.

If you suspect a product may be counterfeit, please use the 'Report' button on the product page, include any details, and we'll look into it right away.

I have a question about the details of an object

Sellers are responsible for providing clear and complete descriptions of their listings. We encourage you to review both the description and photos closely if you have specific questions. Occasionally, some details may be missing.

If you find any important information lacking, feel free to reach out to us. Our support team will do its best to assist, though please note that responses may not arrive before the auction closes. If this occurs, we suggest placing a bid only if you’re comfortable with the available information, as bids are a binding contract.

How can I report an object if I think it shouldn’t be on Ayshei?

At Ayshei, we're dedicated to creating a secure, trusted marketplace for buying and selling unique items. We actively monitor for illegal, prohibited, or policy-violating listings, and we also encourage users to report any concerns.

If you see an item that shouldn’t be on Ayshei, you can report it by clicking the Report button on the product page or through the Contact Us section on our website. Please provide details about the item and why you believe it violates our policies, including a link to the page.

Which items should I report?

·       Intellectual Property Infringements: We respect intellectual property rights and have procedures for rights holders to report infringements, such as unauthorized use of copyrighted material, trademark violations, or other IP-related issues. If you believe an item infringes on an established intellectual property right, please inform us.

·       Incorrect or Incomplete Product Information: Sellers are required to provide accurate and complete descriptions of all items. We encourage users to report any inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete product descriptions to help maintain the integrity of our platform.

·       Inappropriate Content: If you find content that may violate a law or is otherwise inappropriate.

Our team will review all reports and take action promptly to keep our marketplace safe and trustworthy.
