How can I contact the seller?
Once you’ve won an auction and completed the payment, you can reach out to the seller directly via WhatsApp, text message, or by calling the number provided.
We recommend reaching out to the seller to confirm the delivery status of your order or to request any additional shipping information you may need.
I'm interested in a lot that wasn't sold. Can I get in touch with the seller or still bid on it now?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to share the seller’s contact information for items that didn’t sell. However, you can set up an auction alert to be notified if the same or a similar lot is relisted.
What should I do if the seller isn’t responding to my messages?
Most sellers respond within 48 hours, and we encourage their responsiveness to help resolve any issues. However, since sellers are located globally, replies might take a bit longer, so we appreciate your patience!
