The buyer selects his/her desired online payment method upon check-out, and then the funds are transferred to our escrow account by which the funds are processed into the seller’s account within 5 to 7 days after the item has been delivered. (This time-based procedure is done to ensure there are no issues with the item or transaction.) 3. How much am I charged on my sale if paid through Ayshei? We only charge a 2.9% + 1 AED sales fee (+Tax) when using our credit or debit card and 2% + 1 AED sales fee (+Tax) when using crypto payment. 4. How does paying with crypto work? Once you sign up to Ayshei, you will automatically gain access to a crypto-wallet provided directly by the platform. 5. What are the additional fees upon checkout? There may be a shipping fee if the seller has stated that the buyer must pay the shipping fees. 6. Are there any taxes? Yes, in accordance with the UAE jurisdiction, all sales are subject to a 5% government tax.

1. How much does it cost to list a vehicle? Listing a vehicle will always be free on Ayshei. 2. What details can I expect to find on Ayshei? Essential specifications related to the make and model of the vehicle, details of the mileage and fuel type, and if it has been inspected. 3. Why do some vehicle listings have ‘Verified’ badge next to them? Navigate to your dashboard, then to your profile settings; you will then find a box that asks to upload either your Emirates ID or Passport Copy. Once uploaded, we will review and confirm the details within 1 - 3 days. 4. How do I apply for verification? While creating the ad, you will be given an option to have the vehicle verified for an additional fee. Doing so will add the ‘Verified’ badge to your listing. 5. Can I book a viewing of the car? Booking a viewing or test-driving vehicles will depend on the owner and if he or she is willing to allow it. 6. What if the car’s condition is not as expected? If there is any major discrepancies between the listing and the actual vehicle, you are entitled to a full refund and the seller will be punished for violating the community guidelines. 7. Does the car come with any warranty? Only that of the owner’s original warranty, if it is still valid. 8. Is insurance mandatory? Insurance is necessary if there is a number plate registration, but not required if the auto is without a plate. 9. How will the legal transfer process work? You and the former owner of the vehicle must visit the official registration authorty to legally transfer the vehicle. The documents required will be both parties’ original EID, driver’s license, and original passport. 10. Is it possible to sell my license plate separately? Yes, but you must list it in the description, or if its the license plate only, categorize it in the proper motors section. 11. Does Ayshei offer any financing options? Yes, we will have a partner program that offers payment plans and auto-payment systems. 12. Is Ayshei involved in any final agreements? Ayshei is only involved in activity that takes place on the platform, any payments or contracts signed outside of Ayshei will be automatically handed over to the legal system for support.
