Can I put my apartment up for rent instead of sale? Yes, Ayshei allows rental programs and recurrent payments. 3. Why do some property listings have ‘Verified’ badge next to them? The ‘Verified’ badge indicates that the property has been inspected by one of our agencies, who has confirmed that the images, ad details, title deed, agent to seller agreements, in the ad are legitimate. 4. How do I apply for verification? While creating the ad, you will be given an option to have your property verified for an additional fee by filling out a form. If successful, the listing will receive a ‘Verified’ badge’. 5. Are my documents safe? All documents are submitted through our secure servers and will remain confidential. 6. Is Ayshei involved in the final agreement? Ayshei is only involved in activity that takes place on the platform, any payments or contracts signed outside of Ayshei will be automatically handed over to the legal system for support.

Essential specifications related to the make and model of the vehicle, details of the mileage and fuel type, and if it has been inspected. 3. Navigate to your dashboard, then to your profile settings; you will then find a box that asks to upload either your Emirates ID or Passport Copy. Once uploaded, we will review and confirm the details within 1 - 3 days. 4. How do I apply for verification? Booking a viewing or test-driving vehicles will depend on the owner and if he or she is willing to allow it. 6. What if the car’s condition is not as expected? If there is any major discrepancies between the listing and the actual vehicle, you are entitled to a full refund and the seller will be punished for violating the community guidelines. 7. Does the car come with any warranty? Only that of the owner’s original warranty, if it is still valid. 8. Is insurance mandatory? Insurance is necessary if there is a number plate registration, but not required if the auto is without a plate. 9. How will the legal transfer process work? You and the former owner of the vehicle must visit the official registration authorty to legally transfer the vehicle. The documents required will be both parties’ original EID, driver’s license, and original passport. 10. Is it possible to sell my license plate separately? Yes, but you must list it in the description, or if its the license plate only, categorize it in the proper motors section. 11. Does Ayshei offer any financing options?
