Shipping and delivery issues

What do I do if the package is late or not received? In the rare occurrence that a package may be lost or stolen, the delivery company will be responsible for the product loss. We will take the necessary actions to either issue a refund or update your shipping details as needed. What if the package received is not my order? Any discrepancies regarding the product may result in both legal consequences and account-related disciplinary action against the seller’s account. In such cases, the buyer is fully entitled to a refund from the seller. How should I handle an issue after my order has been delivered? We suggest addressing resolution options directly with the seller to expedite the process. Some possible solutions, with the seller’s agreement, include: ·       Partial Refund: The seller may agree to refund a portion of the purchase price. ·       Cancellation and Refund: You can return the item in its original condition for a full refund, which will be processed once the seller confirms receipt. Be aware that you might need to cover return shipping costs. If you experience any issues with your order, please notify us within 3days of delivery (as tracked via Track & Trace). After this period, your payment will be released to the seller, and we won't be able to open a claim on your behalf.

Delivery cost

Who covers the shipping costs? As the buyer, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the items you win. This payment is due alongside your final bid. Sellers must specify the shipping costs for all supported countries when they list their items. Please note: ·       Shipping Costs: These cannot be paid separately from your winning bid for items that require shipping. ·       Pickup Option: If you mistakenly select the pickup option during payment but need the item shipped, you can arrange shipment directly with the seller (if they provide shipping). Contact them to organize this and pay the shipping costs directly. ·       Shipping Availability: If the seller has not provided a shipping option on the item page, shipping cannot be guaranteed. Some items may only be available for pickup, and it is ultimately up to the seller to decide on shipping. How is shipping calculated? Base shipping costs for items on Ayshei are initially estimated when the seller creates the listing. These estimates consider the item's weight and size. However, the final shipping cost may vary depending on the distance between the buyer and the seller.

Arranging delivery & pickup

Can I Pick Up My Item? Most items on Ayshei can be picked up, but this is determined by the seller. Here’s how to check and what to do: Check Pickup Availability: Look for a “Pick up” badge on the Product Page to see if an item is available for pickup. Select Pickup Option: When you win an item, make sure to choose the ‘pick up’ option during checkout. Shipping Fees: If you pay for shipping but later arrange to pick up the item, the seller must refund you directly for the shipping costs. Ayshei cannot process partial refunds due to payment system limitations. No Pickup Guarantee: If the seller hasn’t indicated that pickup is available, we can’t guarantee that it will be possible. Inspect Before Accepting: When you meet the seller to collect the item, inspect it thoroughly before accepting it. Notify Us: After picking up the item and receiving your shipping reimbursement, inform us so we can mark the order as “delivered” and ensure the seller gets paid. Arranging a Collection For larger or cumbersome items that are marked as ‘pickup required’ by the seller, you’ll need to communicate directly with the seller to arrange a convenient time for collection. Can I Arrange My Own Shipping and Collection Service? Yes, you can arrange your own shipping and collection service. However, it’s important to communicate with the seller first to ensure they are aware of your plans and agree on a suitable timeframe for pickup. Keep in mind that if the seller has an existing contract with a courier company, particularly for luxury items, you might not be allowed to use your own shipping service. Always check with the seller to clarify these details before making arrangements. How Do I Know the Pickup Location? You can find the estimated pickup location by checking the seller’s location, which is listed under the shipping information section below the item details.
