How can I make a lot a favorite? 1. Tap the Heart Icon: You'll find a heart icon on every auction and lot detail page. Click it to add or remove the lot from your favorites. 2. Bidding Automatically Favorites: If you place a bid on a lot, it will be automatically added to your favorites. By favoriting lots, you'll get alerts when they’re about to close, so you can make your winning bid! How to Unsubscribe from the Newsletter and Emails Unsubscribing from our emails is easy! Just scroll to the bottom of any of our newsletters or emails, and you’ll see an unsubscribe link. Click that link, and you won’t receive our newsletters anymore. If you change your mind, you can always subscribe again later! How to Activate Notifications via the App When you open the Ayshei app for the first time, you'll see a prompt to enable notifications. Just agree to receive them at that time. If you're not getting notifications but want to turn them back on, follow these simple steps: 1. Open your phone's Settings. 2. Tap on Notifications. 3. Locate and select the Ayshei App. 4. Toggle notifications on. By doing this, you'll stay updated with all the latest alerts and updates from Ayshei! How to Follow a Collection If you want to receive weekly updates about a specific auction type, you can follow any of our auctions. Here’s how: 1. Follow the Collection: On any collection page, just click on ‘Follow this collection’ at the top left. 2. Receive Notifications: After following an auction, you’ll receive email notifications whenever a new auction of that type opens or closes. This way, you’ll always be in the loop about your favorite auctions! Do I Need to Update My App to Keep Using Ayshei? If you’ve received a notification to update the Ayshei app or if your current version is no longer supported, please update it promptly. Older versions will no longer function once new updates are released. How Do I Update the Ayshei App? To update your app before your current version expires, simply download the latest version from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. For Android devices: 1. Open the Google Play Store on your device. 2. Search for "Ayshei Online Auctions." 3. Tap Install. For iOS devices: 1. Open the App Store on your Apple device. 2. Search for "Ayshei Online Auctions." 3. Tap Get and then Install. Why Do I Need to Update the App? I can't sign in. What should I do? If you're having trouble signing into your Ayshei account, here are some steps to help you troubleshoot the issue: 1. Account Activation: Make sure your account is activated. Check your email for a confirmation link sent when you registered and click it to activate your account. 2. Password Sensitivity: Keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive. Ensure that the CAPS LOCK key is off and double-check the spelling of your password. 3. Delete Cookies: If you recently changed your password, your browser may still be using the old credentials. You can either update your stored password or delete your browser cookies and then try logging in again. If you've gone through these steps and are still unable to access your account, consider using the 'Forgot Password' feature to reset your password or contact Ayshei's support team for further assistance. In that case, you should have received an email explaining the reason for this action. I haven't received the verification code to activate my account. Could you send it again? How do I register? To register an Account on Ayshei: 1. Click on the ‘Profile’ button at the top right corner. 2. Select ‘Sign up’. 3. Enter your email address and create a password (you can also use UAE Pass or Social Login o Password Requirements: § Minimum of 8 characters. § Cannot start or end with a space. § Must include numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters. 4. Complete the sign-up process. A confirmation email will be sent to you. 5. Click the link in the email to confirm your registration and activate your account. Once registered, you'll be ready to explore Ayshei and participate in auctions! I'm getting an 'Email address already exists' error message when signing in. It seems like your email address is already registered on the Ayshei platform. Here are a few steps to help you get back on track: 1. Check for an Existing Account: Try logging in with your email address and any passwords you may have used previously. 2.
