Shipping and delivery issues

What do I do if the package is late or not received?

In the rare occurrence that a package may be lost or stolen, the delivery company will be responsible for the product loss. We will take the necessary actions to either issue a refund or update your shipping details as needed.

What if the package received is not my order?

Any discrepancies regarding the product may result in both legal consequences and account-related disciplinary action against the seller’s account. In such cases, the buyer is fully entitled to a refund from the seller.

How should I handle an issue after my order has been delivered?

We suggest addressing resolution options directly with the seller to expedite the process. Some possible solutions, with the seller’s agreement, include:

·       Partial Refund: The seller may agree to refund a portion of the purchase price.

·       Cancellation and Refund: You can return the item in its original condition for a full refund, which will be processed once the seller confirms receipt. Be aware that you might need to cover return shipping costs.

If you experience any issues with your order, please notify us within 3days of delivery (as tracked via Track & Trace). After this period, your payment will be released to the seller, and we won't be able to open a claim on your behalf.
